Last updated: 29 July 2026 · These terms form the agreement between you and Cloud Legs when you use this website or buy from us. Please read them before ordering.
This website is operated by Cloud Legs ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian online apparel business{{ abnClause }}. Throughout the site, "you" means the person browsing or ordering.
By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced in them — our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy — which together form one agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose we told you about.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure — for example if the item is significantly different from its description, or is unsafe or unusable and can't easily be fixed. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for how to make a claim.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fibre content (100% polyester coral fleece), fabric weight (380gsm) and care instructions. Measurements in our size guide are approximate and taken flat; small variation between garments is normal for knitted fleece.
Product photographs are of the actual product, but colours can appear differently depending on your screen, its calibration and your lighting. A slight difference in shade is not a fault. If a colour is genuinely not as described, that's covered by the ACL and by our returns policy.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The price you see is the price you pay — standard shipping within Australia is free, and we don't add surcharges at checkout.
We may change prices or run promotions at any time. A change won't affect an order we've already accepted. Where we advertise a discount against a previous price, that previous price is one at which the item was genuinely offered for sale. Bundle pricing, where offered, applies automatically once you meet the stated quantity.
A pre-order is reserved once your deposit is paid. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. Stock is limited and can sell out between you loading the page and completing checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was clearly wrong, where we can't verify your payment or address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full to your original payment method, and we'll email you to explain.
Our first production run is 100 pairs, sold as a pre-order that closes 17 August 2026 (or earlier if all 100 pairs are reserved). At checkout you pay a deposit of $5 per pair and authorise us to charge the remaining balance of $44.99 per pair to the same card on the day your order is dispatched. The total price is $49.99 per pair in AUD including GST; where a bundle discount applies it comes off the balance.
The dispatch date shown on the product page and at checkout — currently from 31 August 2026 — is an honest estimate based on our production schedule, not a guaranteed delivery date. If it changes we'll email you the revised estimate before charging any balance.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch and we will refund your deposit in full. If we can't supply within the time quoted or within a reasonable time, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your card is stored as a saved payment method by our payment provider — never by us — solely to charge the balance of this order. If that payment fails we'll contact you before cancelling, and we won't dispatch until the balance is paid. Full detail on cancellations and refunds is in our Refund & Return Policy.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. For a pre-order, the $5 deposit is taken when you order and the balance is charged on dispatch, as set out in section 6. For any other order, payment is taken in full at the time of order.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. If your payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order. Where you pay through a third-party wallet or provider, that provider's own terms also apply to you.
Delivery times quoted on the site and at checkout are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier. Full detail — dispatch times, costs, international orders and lost parcels — is in our Shipping Policy. It's your responsibility to give us a correct, complete delivery address; we can't be responsible for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you gave us in error. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return in addition to your ACL rights. The conditions, and how to start a return, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

When using this site, you agree not to:
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on our site and marketing, with attribution to your first name and last initial. We publish genuine reviews only; we don't write, buy or incentivise them, and we don't delete a review simply for being negative. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, off-topic, or unlawful.
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. and uses third-party services for payments, email and delivery tracking, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or discontinue a product, at any time without notice.
Subject always to the Australian Consumer Law and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use this site; and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product, supplying it again, or refunding the amount you paid for it.
Our handling of your personal information — including the fact that our hosting provider processes technical data in the United States — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, so please check the "last updated" date before buying.
If something goes wrong, please email us first — almost everything is resolved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it.
